I am currently in-network with select insurance providers in Oregon, including Regence Blue Cross, Anthem, PacificSource, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and Kaiser (PAR only).

At this time, I operate on a private pay (cash pay) basis in Arkansas, though I may pursue insurance paneling in the state in the future.
